It has been 30 days since my client’s letter dated August 17, 2020 was delivered to you and received from your end demanding you to transmit to him the rental payment to his Condominium unit and still, you have failed to comply with such request to pay your arrears which have now amounted to One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 150,000.00).
Please be reminded that he has sent you several letters demanding you to pay your obligation and to vacate the abovementioned premises, but the same correspondence has remain unanswered. Consider this then, as my clients last and final demand for you to pay your account within five (5) days from the receipt and to vacate the unit within Ten (10) days from the receipt of this notice. Otherwise, we shall be constrained to commence legal action against you to protect my client’s right.
